FARM PHOTO SESSIONS
For use of the farm which includes the orchards, creek, gardens, barn, swing, '57 Chevy and '65 Ford pick ups, woods and Oak Alley;
up to six people in a group is $125 per hour. (Seven or more in your party is $150 per hour)
PHOTOS WITH OUR HORSES
Pictures with one of our very gentle horses are $325 for the hour. This includes the venue fee and covers the cost of grooming a horse and handling it if you want to have them up close and personal in your session. THERE IS NO EXTRA CHARGE TO HAVE THE HORSES OVER THE FENCE IN THE BACKGROUND.
QUINCEANERA/SWEET 16 PACKAGE
This $395 package gives you two hours on the farm and includes;
access to our private dressing room during that time,
up to one hour photo session with one of our horses,
a floral garland around the horse's neck and floral headband for the horse and
still allows for additional time for photos around the farm, gardens, swing and woods and to get changed out of the dress.
This discounted package offers you plenty of time to get into the gown, change outfits and reserves your time in the dressing room without cutting short your photo session.
You can add time to your session in half hour increments for $60.
PHOTOS WITH YOUR HORSE
You are welcome to bring your own horse to Havenly Farm. We do require a copy of a negative Coggins certificate at the time of booking.

PHOTOS WITH YOUR PETS
We discourage you from bringing pets but if you do please let us know and understand that we have free range chickens which are a temptation and distraction. Guest dogs must be kept on leashes at all times and you must promise to pick up any deposits left by your pet. Our dog is protective of our animals and is aggressive toward other dogs so please make sure he is in the house before your pets leave your vehicle.
If you bring your own pet, it is $150 for the first hour and you can add time in half hour increments for $60.

Bring your little princes and princesses to the farm for an unforgettable photo experience with a real-life princess of your choice!
The Pixie Dust Princesses have a special way of making every child feel like they’ve stepped straight into a fairytale. Set against our enchanted farm backdrop, you’ll capture truly magical moments—twirls, smiles, and memories you’ll treasure forever.
One-hour session with a princess: $250 (includes venue fee but not photography)
Add one of our gentle horses for an extra touch of magic: +$125
Princesses/Characters available include; Belle, Ariel, Elsa and Anna, Jasmine, Barbie and Taylor Swift

Eight hours: $1200 Includes dedicated lounge area, tea and water for your crew and models
FARM EXPERIENCE
Bring your family for a personalized, intimate farm visit. Feel free to bring a picnic. You can meet the horses on the farm, help gather eggs, see what is growing in the garden, throw sticks into the creek, search for four-leaf clovers, feed the fish and enjoy your picnic under the trees by the creek: $150 per hour for up to six family members.
MINI SESSIONS
Minis are $150 per hour. During the holiday season (October through December) we book in four hour increments, 9 AM-1PM and 1-5 PM.
We schedule minis with Dozier, our '57 Chevy pick up truck separately, also for $150 per hour.

PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

One hour of photography: $425
90 minutes to 2 hours of photography: $575
A 50% deposit for photography is required at time of booking and the balance is due the day of the shoot.
Your gallery will include all the good pictures!

RAIN POLICY
We will reschedule your session in the event of rain to any available date at no charge
RESCHEDULING
For any other reason than rain, there is is $50 reschedule fee
EARLY OR LATE ARRIVAL
You can arrive up to 15 minutes before your session. If you are using our complimentary changing room, you are welcome to come in then but if there is a session ahead of you, you are not guaranteed to get in until their hour is finished and yours begins. Please allow a couple of minutes to sign the release when you arrive. Please remember you are booking a specific time slot not an amount of time, so if you are late that reduces the amount of time you have for your session.
